Real Draws, Not ChatGPT Improv
Every reading runs a real two-system draw: full 78-card Tarot + 64-hexagram I Ching. The AI only translates the symbols into a voice you can hear. The three cards you see are truly drawn — repeats do not count toward your collection.
Every Talisman Has a Source
Peach-blossom charms are hand-inked by a Maoshan-lineage master (cinnabar + peachwood + red thread). Tibetan high-mountain incense comes from a Yushu Qinghai workshop (12 herbs, 6-year shade-cured). Moonstones are sourced direct from Sri Lankan mines. St. Christopher pendants are made by Italian 925-silver craftsmen. No Yiwu mass production.

Our 141-item knowledge base took six months to build. Each piece is annotated with tradition, historical reference, ritual use, and source keywords. Before listing we strip out cartoonish, plasticky, and over-ritualized styles, keeping a 70% Eastern / 30% Western balance.

How do I track my shipment?You get SMS + email with the SF tracking number after purchase. Order status will also be on your account page (Phase 2 launch).

In-store pickup or same-day delivery?No physical stores yet, no pickup. Same-day delivery (Shanghai / Beijing / Shenzhen) is being negotiated, planned for next quarter.

Customs / duties?International orders are subject to destination-country customs rules. We optimize declared values, so most orders incur no duties. Any duties charged are the recipient's responsibility.

Return window?7-day no-question returns. Items must be in original packaging with accessories intact and resaleable. We cover return shipping for damaged or wrong-shipped items.

What items can't be returned?Cinnabar charms, peach-blossom charms, burned incense, opened lavender sachets, consecrated items. Once "used" these cannot be returned.

Received damaged item?Photograph within 48 hours (outer packaging + item + shipping label), message support on WeChat. We replace or refund unconditionally — no need to ship back.

Item flawed / doesn't match photo?Natural materials (crystal / jade / wood beads) vary slightly in color and texture — that's normal. If the difference is severe (visible cracks / completely off color) request exchange or partial refund.

Are items authentic?Yes. Crystal / jade is 100% natural (with lab certificates). Cinnabar / peach-blossom charms are hand-inked by Maoshan-lineage masters. Tibetan high-mountain incense from a Yushu Qinghai workshop. Each item is labeled with origin, craft, and source tradition.

Are the charms "consecrated"?"Consecration" is a folk concept. Our Maoshan masters chant protective mantras during the cinnabar preparation per tradition. But we tell you honestly: whether it "works" depends on your heart, not on the mantra itself.

Do crystals / jade need cleansing?We recommend monthly cleansing. Options: leave on windowsill in moonlight for 6-8 hours; soak in sea-salt water for 1 hour (non-porous crystals only); bury in clean soil for 24 hours.

How do I care for items?Crystal / jade: avoid high heat and direct sun; remove before bathing. Incense: store sealed in a cool dry place, use within 1 year for best fragrance. Paper charms / red string: avoid water and sweat, replace naturally every 6-12 months.

Safe for sensitive skin?925 silver may cause rare sensitivity. Smell incense and herbal sachets (mugwort / lavender) before use to confirm no reaction. Pregnant women should use herbal sachets with caution. Any discomfort — stop immediately and contact support for a full refund.

Are my questions stored?Only in your own browser's localStorage — we don't see them. They're saved only when you tap INSCRIBE; they vanish when you tap LET IT FADE. Switching browsers or clearing cache will erase them.

Can I see all 78 Tarot cards?In theory it takes 26+ readings (3 cards each). The COLLECTION page shows the cards you've encountered. Repeats don't count, so in practice it can take longer.

Doesn't give answers — what's the point?Most things, you already know the answer — you just can't admit it to yourself. The oracle gives you a permission slip to hear your own inner voice. And a 60-second ritual to pause before reacting.
